How To Search a Friend and Make a Connection?
  • If you know your friend's profile page then you just open it and click on the "Connect To This Person" button on the page. It will send a "connection request" to your friend. That's it.
  • If you do not know your friend's profile page, you need to search it on this [Profile Search] page. We are assuming that your friend has an account with us.
    Step 1. Type in a person's last name and first name then click on "Search" button. You can either input first name or last name. Repeating the same process until you find the person who you are looking for.

    Step 2. Each user on the search result list will have a blue "User Profile Link" and an "User Photo". Go through each page and find the person who you are looking for.

    Step 3. When you decide to connect to the person, you need to click on the "Connect To This Person" button. The blue link button is located on the top right corner of [User Profile] page. Click on it. That's it. Your connection request will be sent.





    Step 4. When the person receives your request, he/she can choose to accept it or reject it. If the person accepts it, then you guys are connected. Otherwise, it is not.
  • If you could not find your friends on our community network, that means the person is not a member yet. In that case, you may want to invite her/him to join our network. The invitation tool is located on [ Invite Friends ] Page.
  • During the waiting time, you can see the request status on the [Pending Request] page. It will also show a "Pending" status on the requested person's Profile page.
  • After Request is accepted, you guys are connected. You will get 20 "Rewards Points" for the connection - see "Rewards Points" section on [Help] page for details.

How To Accept a Friend's Connection Request
  • There are two ways to accept a friend's connection request.
  • In first way, it can be done on our website. All requests will be shown up on the [Friend Request] page. You just need to click on the "Accept Connection" button to accept the request. That's all. An notification message will be auto sent to your friend when a request is being accepted.



  • In second way, it is done by email. The Connection Request will be sent to your email box. You need to login to your email box and click the "Accept Connection" button on the email to accept the request. That's it.
