Universal Declaration of Human Rights


On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the full text of which appears in the following pages. Following this historic act the Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and “to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories.”


1. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.


2. Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.


3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.


4. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.


5. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.


6. Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.


7. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.


8. Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.


9. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.


10. Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.


11. (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. (2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.


12. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.


13. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.


14. (1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. (2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.


15. (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.


16. (1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution. (2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses. (3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.


17. (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.


18. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.


19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.


20. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. (2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.


21. (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives. (2) Everyone has the right to equal access to public service in his country. (3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.


22. Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.


23. (1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment. (2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work. (3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection. (4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.


24. Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.


25. (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. (2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.


26. (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace. (3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.


27. (1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits. (2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.


28. Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.


29. (1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible. (2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society. (3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.


30. Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

Responding to an anonymous petition which encouraged officers to protest if Congress did not provide the promised pay and pensions, Commander-in-Chief George Washington stopped any serious talk of rebellion when he made an emotional address to his officers asking them to support the Supremacy of Congress.

Gentlemen,
By an anonymous summons, an attempt has been made to convene you together—how inconsistent with the rules of propriety! how unmilitary! and how subversive of all order and discipline—let the good sense of the Army decide.

In the moment of this summons, another anonymous production was sent into circulation; addressed more to the feelings & passions, than to the reason & judgment of the Army. The Author of the piece, is entitled to much credit for the goodness of his Pen: and I could wish he had as much credit for the rectitude of his Heart—for, as Men see through different Optics, and are induced by the reflecting faculties of the Mind, to use different means to attain the same end; the Author of the Address, should have had more charity, than to mark for Suspicion, the Man who should recommend Moderation and longer forbearance or, in other words, who should not think as he thinks, and act as he advises. But he had another plan in view, in which candor and liberality of Sentiment, regard to justice, and love of Country, have no part; and he was right, to insinuate the darkest suspicion, to effect the blackest designs.

That the Address is drawn with great art, and is designed to answer the most insidious purposes. That it is calculated to impress the Mind, with an idea of premeditated injustice in the Sovereign power of the United States, and rouse all those resentments which must unavoidably flow from such a belief. That the secret Mover of this Scheme (whoever he may be) intended to take advantage of the passions, while they were warmed by the recollection of past distresses, without giving time for cool, deliberative thinking, & that composure of Mind which is so necessary to give dignity & stability to measures, is rendered too obvious, by the mode of conducting the business, to need other proof than a reference to the proceeding.

Thus much, Gentlemen, I have thought it incumbent on me to observe to you, to shew upon what principles I opposed the irregular and hasty meeting which was proposed to have been held on Tuesday last: and not because I wanted a disposition to give you every opportunity, consistent with your own honor, and the dignity of the Army, to make known your grievances. If my conduct heretofore, has not evinced to you, that I have been a faithful friend to the Army; my declaration of it at this time wd be equally unavailing & improper—But as I was among the first who embarked in the cause of our common Country—As I have never left your side one moment, but when called from you, on public duty—As I have been the constant companion & witness of your Distresses, and not among the last to feel, & acknowledge your Merits—As I have ever considered my own Military reputation as inseperably connected with that of the Army—As my Heart has ever expanded wth joy, when I have heard its praises—and my indignation has arisen, when the Mouth of detraction has been opened against it—it can scarcely be supposed, at this late stage of the War, that I am indifferent to its interests.

But—how are they to be promoted? The way is plain, says the anonymous Addresser—If War continues, remove into the unsettled Country—there establish yourselves, and leave an ungrateful Country to defend itself—But who are they to defend? Our Wives, our Children, our Farms and other property which we leave behind us. or—in this state of hostile seperation, are we to take the two first (the latter cannot be removed) to perish in a Wilderness, with hunger cold & nakedness? If Peace takes place, never sheath your Sword says he untill you have obtained full and ample Justice—this dreadful alternative, of either deserting our Country in the extremest hour of her distress, or turning our Army against it, (which is the apparent object, unless Congress can be compelled into an instant compliance) has something so shocking in it, that humanity revolts at the idea. My God! What can this Writer have in view, by recommending such measures? Can he be a friend to the Army? Can he be a friend to this Country? Rather, is he not an insidious Foe? Some Emissary, perhaps, from New York, plotting the ruin of both, by sowing the seeds of discord & seperation between the Civil & Military powers of the Continent? And what a Compliment does he pay to our understandings, when he recommends measures in either alternative, impracticable in their nature?

But here, Gentlemen, I will drop the curtain; because it wd be as imprudent in me to assign my reasons for this opinion, as it would be insulting to your conception, to suppose you stood in need of them. A moments reflection will convince every dispassionate Mind of the physical impossibility of carrying either proposal into execution.

There might, Gentlemen, be an impropriety in my taking notice, in this Address to you, of an anonymous production—but the manner in which that performance has been introduced to the Army—the effect it was intended to have, together with some other circumstances, will amply justify my observations on the tendency of that Writing. With respect to the advice given by the Author—to suspect the Man, who shall recommend moderate measures and longer forbearance—I spurn it—as every Man, who regards that liberty, & reveres that Justice for which we contend, undoubtedly must—for if Men are to be precluded from offering their sentiments on a matter, which may involve the most serious and alarming consequences, that can invite the consideration of Mankind; reason is of no use to us , the freedom of Speech may be taken away and, dumb&silent we may be led, like sheep, to the Slaughter.

I cannot, in justice to my own belief, & what I have great reason to conceive is the intention of Congress, conclude this Address, without giving it as my decided opinion; that that Honble Body, entertain exalted sentiments of the Services of the Army; and, from a full conviction of its Merits & sufferings, will do it compleat Justice: That their endeavors, to discover & establish funds for this purpose, have been unwearied, and will not cease, till they have succeeded, I have not a doubt. But, like all other large Bodies, where there is a variety of different Interests to reconcile, their deliberations are slow. Why then should we distrust them? and, in consequence of that distrust, adopt measures, which may cast a shade over that glory which, has been so justly acquired; and tarnish the reputation of an Army which is celebrated thro’ all Europe, for its fortitude and Patriotism? and for what is this done? to bring the object we seek for nearer? No! most certainly, in my opinion, it will cast it at a greater distance.

For myself (and I take no merit in giving the assurance, being induced to it from principles of gratitude, veracity & justice)—a grateful sence of the confidence you have ever placed in me—a recollection of the Chearful assistance, & prompt obedience I have experienced from you, under every vicisitude of Fortune, and the sincere affection I feel for an Army, I have so long had the honor to Command, will oblige me to declare, in this public & solemn manner, that, in the attainment of compleat justice for all your toils & dangers, and in the gratification of every wish, so far as may be done consistently with the great duty I owe my Country, and those powers we are bound to respect, you may freely command my services to the utmost of my abilities.

While I give you these assurances, and pledge my self in the most unequivocal manner, to exert whatever ability I am possesed of, in your favor—let me entreat you, Gentlemen, on your part, not to take any measures, which, viewed in the calm light of reason, will lessen the dignity, & sully the glory you have hitherto maintained—let me request you to rely on the plighted faith of your Country, and place a full confidence in the purity of the intentions of Congress; that, previous to your dissolution as an Army they will cause all your Accts to be fairly liquidated, as directed in their resolutions, which were published to you two days ago—and that they will adopt the most effectual measures in their power, to render ample justice to you, for your faithful and meritorious Services. And let me conjure you, in the name of our common Country--as you value your own sacred honor—as you respect the rights of humanity, & as you regard the Military & national character of America, to express your utmost horror & detestation of the Man who wishes, under any specious pretences, to overturn the liberties of our Country, & who wickedly attempts to open the flood Gates of Civil discord, & deluge our rising Empire in Blood.

By thus determining--& thus acting, you will pursue the plain & direct Road to the attainment of your wishes. You will defeat the insidious designs of our Enemies, who are compelled to resort from open force to secret Artifice. You will give one more distinguished proof of unexampled patriotism & patient virtue, rising superior to the pressure of the most complicated sufferings; And you will, by the dignity of your Conduct, afford occasion for Posterity to say, when speaking of the glorious example you have exhibited to man kind, "had this day been wanting, the World had never seen the last stage of perfection to which human nature is capable of attaining."

6/27/2013, According to the report of Judiciary of England and Wales, the substantial evidence has shown us that the young girls were targeted because they were white! The 28 Pakistani ethnicity rapists were involving sex, domination, enslavement, and humiliation. Many cases were covered up by the local authorities and then downplayed by the media right across Britain because of the concerning of accusations of racism. 

8/21/2014, a groundbreaking report by former senior social worker Alexis Jay OBE revealed that an estimated 1400 white children had been sexually abused in the town from 1997 to 2013, predominantly by Pakistani men. However, most charges were discharged due to the accuses of Racism. 

2/27/2015, European Parliament revealed that In the English town of Rotherham alone, 1400 white girls were abused, raped and murdered by Muslim gangs over a period of years. Many of these incidents are gang rapes. Many local city councils in England, Sweden, Norway and Denmark know very well how things stand, but conceal the real situation for fear of being accused of racism. If, despite all this, rape charges are still brought, it is usually the perpetrators and not the victims who are treated leniently, because the perpetrators claim that the women had consented to sexual intercourse. If these abuses are raised by local politicians, they are sometimes convicted of slandering ethnic groups.

9/20/2022, BBC news reported that an Islamic preacher Rahman raped a young girl in 2005 at a mosque in south Wales. The UK jury found Rahman did the acts alleged. They were one count of rape of a child under 13 and two counts of sexual assault. However, he was discharged by Judge Huw Rees. The reason is this disposal "is peculiar to the insanity act" and did not reflect "the seriousness of the experience" of the victim. (This is ridiculers!) 

2/24/2024, BBC news reported that there are 111 rape cases by Muslim gang in the town from 2004 to 2013 and set out a series of failed investigations by GMP, identifying 96 men still deemed a potential risk to children.

1/7/2025, Elon Musk posted a message of his concerning on Muslim rape gangs in UK on X social network platform and his disclosure shocked most of us. The cloak of one of Britain’s most embarrassing scandals has ripped off since then!

2. Abraham Lincoln (1863) declared what he believed in tariffs:

 "Give us a protective tariff and we will have the greatest nation on earth."


3. William McKinley (1897) was the 25th president of the United States!

“Free trade destroys the dignity and independence of American labor... It will take away from the people of this country who work for a living—and the majority of them live by the sweat of their faces—it will take from them heart and home and hope. It will be self-destruction.”

4. Theodore Roosevelt (1902) gave out an address to Americans in 1902 and he believed America's economic growth and industrialization were due to the protective tariffs:

“The country has acquiesced in the wisdom of the protective-tariff principle. It is exceedingly undesirable that this system should be destroyed or that there should be violent and radical changes therein. Our past experience shows that great prosperity in this country has always come under a protective tariff.”

But, the problem is that they may or may not know that those companies are CCP owned state companies. This is the beginning of the all troubles. ( This is a severe corruption and abuse of power!)

9/9/2015, BHR joined forces with AVIC Auto acquired Henniges Automotive Holdings, Inc., a leading supplier of highly engineered sealing and anti-vibration systems for the global automotive market. The problem is that AVIC is a CCP owned company which is totally not a private company as it states. That deal was subject to review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and last month Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley raised concern about the CFIUS process, citing potential conflicts of interest. Henniges is a duo-use manufacturer which produces both military and civilian use automotive. However, it was still approved by Obama administration. (This is ridiculous) 

12/7/2015, During his fifth trip to Ukraine, Biden admittedly pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to get rid of Prosecutor Viktor Shokin who was investigating the corruption of the company Burisma, by threatening to withhold 1 billion US loan guarantee during a trip to Kiev. It sounds very strange to media. 

12/28/2015, The Obama government declared that there was no conflict of interest between firing of Shokin and the Hunter’s working company. (This is not true! This statement was totally misleading the public! It is a conflict of interest)

On 4/9/2026, 21 people have been charged in 'Operation Skip Trace' criminal scheme and Five of them arrested in alleged $267M hospice fraud scheme that exploited totally corrupt California's Medical system! 

On 4/14/2026, California State Assembly Mia Bonta, introduced AB 2624, which is titled "Privacy for Immigration Support Services Providers" or the "Stop Nick Shirley Act" by critics. It would expand existing safety and privacy laws for people working in immigration support services.

On 4/15/2026, Nick Shirley told the media that they're literally willing to impose a $10,000 fine or imprisonment if you went and seek to find out the truth about a location that could potentially be fraudulent inside your own neighborhood.

Opinion: How ridiculous it is for a group of politicians to propose a bill that prevents the disclosure of corruption and abuses of medical resources!? Is this bill to protect the “Privacy for Immigration Support Services Providers” or it is to protect the corrupt politicians and their supporters? Obviously, It is likely to protect the corruption in a planned time!

The evidences which are collected from worldwide infected cases show us that the coronavirus was starting human-to-human transfer outside the PRC since last week. 

In Chicago, a husband was infected by his wife who was returning from PRC two weeks ago and it is the first human-to-human transfer case in USA. He was travelling to Ohio several days ago with no syndrome of infection until two days ago he got a fever. We do not know whom he was contacting during his trip to Ohio. A further investigation is still on going to trace down the contacted peoples. However, it is a hard job in this case and no one can guarantee its outcomes and consequences. 

In Hong Kong, an old man who was traveling from HK to Japan on a cruising trip was confirmed that he was infected by coronavirus after his returning. It was believed that he might not being infected in PRC but he was infected in Hong Kong local community.  We still do not know how many people could be infected in the cruise ship. 

In Canada, a Chinese oversea student who was returning from Wuhan PRC to Ontario last week was initially misdiagnosed by the local hospital as a non-infected person, but later she was tested positive by the national microbiology laboratory in Winnipeg. This story shows us that the coronavirus testing device has its limitation on accuracy. It may give us a wrong testing result and misleads us to believe that we are in a good safe shape but actually it leads us to the edge of cliff.
More and more evidences show us that our current Medical Emergency Alert System was failing completely on this highly infectious disease. When we found out an infected case, it was already too late to stop the spreading.

A YouTube video token by a Wuhan resident named Fang Bin, shows a fact that eight to thirteen dead bodies were dropped in a van every two hours by a Wuhan local hospital. That gives us a clue that the death toll is almost 672 (8x12x7) per hospital since last week. The death toll is over 14,000 by our analysis. There are 30 hospitals in Wuhan so what is the total number of death? We have no official answer yet. However, it is believed that the total number of infected persons is close to 150 thousands. This figure is based on the infectious rate of returning citizens of worldwide countries including USA, Taiwan, German, France, Japan and South Korean. 

The death toll that was provided by PRC can not be trusted, they are not telling the truth as we all know the bad credit history of the Communist government of PRC. As a result, we can not count on their provided information and methods of resolution. We need to take some actions on our own. 

The outbreak is likely coming soon and we are forced to the edge of cliff, but are we ready yet? If we are not prepared now seriously then we will be fall off the cliff soon very likely.

1. Crypto coins like Bitcoin ETC have no real value! They have a value only when somebody are willing to pay a price for them! In that case, it is like an antique. It has no fixed value. But in reality an antique has a value because you can see it. It is a real solid artwork that has ability to decorate a space and occupies. Bitcoin like coins don’t have these functions.

2. It does not have a stability on price by regulation! Without stability, a currency does not work. Fiat money is managed by the government. Its central bank can go into the international monetary markets to perform “market operations", which is to buy or sell their national currencies in order to keep them stable. 

Crypto currency like Bitcoin’s volatility makes it a terrible currency. If you know you could lose up to 50% of investment after purchase of the currency then you will not think the currency is a good investment! 

3. Crypto Currencies are enemy of national currencies! Will any country cancel its currency and just use bitcoin stuff which is a currency no one can monitoring? The answer is no because this would be fatal to their monetary systems! Also, Bitcoin will be less attractive when fiat money becomes fully digital.

4. No government will take its responsibility for the trading of cryptocurrencies! There is no regulations for crypto currencies!. Anything happens in these currencies’s tradings that are not regulated by law! The consumer’s rights are not protected! 

5. Investing in cryptocurrencies is not like the investment in a tech company. Crypto currencies are not like startups! You bought a tech company stock you will get return when the company grows up! But, crypto currency is a virtual product that is not a solid real company! 

6. It has a software security issue. The Bitcoin like currency is created by a software with encryption technology! But, none of a software is perfect in this world! It must have a bug or a flaunt hiding somewhere. If a hacker finds the security loophole then the entire crypto currency technology will be in a disaster because investors will lose all their money within a day!


Conclusion: Crypto Currency is a extremely high risk investment and financial asset!

(California) It has been so many years and so difficult for local Californians to get fair home insurance, Auto Insurances and health insurances! But, starting from 1/1/2024, democratic party controlled California state will offer all undocumented immigrants, regardless of age, with health insurance that is Medi-Cal, California's version of the federal Medicaid program for people with low incomes.

According to Republican Senate Brian Jones, It will cost the state over $6.5 billion annually to provide Medi-Cal to all undocumented immigrants that is total number of 700 thousands!

Unfortunately, that is not the end of story! Every year over 30,000 undocumented migrants have entered California at the Mexico border, the costs for this program are only going to increase in the future. 

There are 8% of U.S.-born citizens ( 24 millions US citizens ) have no health insurances according to the health policy research nonprofit KFF. Our government couldn’t even provide health insurance to our citizens but it has money for illegal immigrants’ healthcare? What country is that government working for? 

Californians question this government that who are you serving to?

Americans question the government too, “ who are you serving to?”

Why do we need a government who is taking care illegal immigrants more then its citizens?

We know that Mainland China has 90 millions CCP members! But, we forgot to calculate the total number of people in China who are directly related to those communists like family members! Now, let us do a simple calculation. 

Assuming a communist member has one partner (wife or husband), one child and two parents, the total number of communist directly related people will be 360 millions! If we include their partners’ parents , then we have to add 180 millions to the total! That is 540 millions! That means 540 millions people who are family members of Chinese communist party members in China! This number is shocking us! It is almost 1/3 population of China! 

We expand this calculation to the relative/kin circle like cousins and the number will be dramatically increased to over 650 millions! That is half population of China. 

Now, we know the fact! There are 540 millions people in China who are not innocent as we thought before! They are all related to the person who could be likely a human rights abuser! Likely, they are supporters of their family members who are communist party members because they are a group of vested interests class! They are blood suckers in Today’s Slavery China which is a dictatorial regime! 

Have we waked up now?!

In old times, hundreds years ago, people under the jurisdiction strictly refers to the people who are living in a country where they pay the taxes, swear allegiance to , serve the military and serve the jury duty! In that time, immigration was not a common practice in almost all countries and it is a very rare occurrence actually! The boundary/definition of jurisdiction is narrowed down to almost only the citizens of the sovereign! 

However, in modern times, specially after the discovery of new continents, immigration becomes a popular phenomenon all over the world. As a result, immigration law was gradually modified to adopt the new situation as well as the inevitable change of the boundaries of jurisdiction. 

In 1898, the decision by US Supreme Court of birthright citizenship of the Wong KimArk, was expanding the boundary of jurisdiction from citizens to permanent residents! But, several things we need to pay attention in Wong’s case. 

First, Wong’s parents were Permanent Residents of the United States, having lived and worked here for about 15 years before the lawsuit. 

Second, Wong and his family were not represented as diplomats of the foreign nationals! They never got subsidies, welfares or benefits from US government or foreign governments! 

Third, there are none-stopped wars going on in China from 1895 to 1949! 

Fourth , his parents were not eligible for U.S. citizenship due to the Naturalization Act of 1802, which barred Chinese immigrants from naturalization. 

Fifth, with 14th amendment passed in 1866, Wong’s parents should be eligible for citizenship but the law of 1802 stopped them. 

Wong’s parents were not US citizens that was not because they didn’t want to, instead it was because the unreasonable immigration law prevented them from obtaining the citizenship! Supreme Court knew the deadlock of bias so it granted Wong a fair trial of birthright citizenship! It simply means not only citizens’ children born in America are citizens but also the children of permanent residents are citizens too! 

However, this judgement does not imply that the children of illegal migrants are eligible for citizenship!

Before the Wong’s lawsuit, we have had a citizenship fight for slaves in USA that has stimulated the 14th amendment in 1866. 

In 1866, more and more people including many northern politicians were agreeing that Legal Residents within Jurisdiction should include the slaves of citizens, who are be considered as relative subjects of citizens! 14th Amendment was passed at right time to serve as the purpose to the new change of views! 

Native Americans were granted U.S. citizenship on June 2, 1924, when President Calvin Coolidge signed the Indian Citizenship Act. This act declared that all noncitizen Indians born within the United States were to be recognized as U.S. citizens. 

From the three cases above, we can see the changes of boundary of jurisdiction  that happened in 1866,1896 and 1924 separately. First change is to give birthright citizenship to slaves and the second change is to permanent residents and the third change is to native Americans! All cases NEVER imply that the children of illegal migrants, working visa , refugees and visitors have been given the birthright citizenship! These people neither have been required for jury duty nor for military duty to the country due to the restrictions of jurisdiction! 

In UK, Individuals born in UK(excluding British colonies) receive citizenship at birth if at least one parent is a British citizen or considered to have settlement status ( Permanent Residents or Residents) in the UK. Section 2 of the Act establishes that adults born overseas are British citizens by descent if either parent is a citizen otherwise than by descent, subject to regulations. In Australia, it is similar to the UK immigration laws. 

Again, none of them states that the children of illegal migrants have birthright citizenship! A jurisdiction is never defined for illegal migrants and sort of like that in past and now!

3. How do we resolve the problem?


In this blog, let us forget about the B-Tree, O(n), leaf, node, stack and heap. We are not going to discuss this topic in the boring academic way, instead we will look at the INDEX techniques in a realistic and practical way from work. The DB indexing is an old issue, and it should not still be confusing today. 

Now, let us explain the two indexes in a real world way. Assuming that you have a book on your hand, you will see the "Table of Contents" and "Index" in the front and back. Before you read the book, you probably will go to the  "Table of Contents" to see the titles of each chapters and its corresponding page numbers. You may find the page number of the most interesting chapter on the Contents, then you will flip over to that page and read on. When you forgot something that you just read, you may just go to the "Index" on the back to find the keyword that is related to your search. 

Clustered Index and Non-clustered Index in SQL are exactly similar things as the "Table of Contents" and the "Index" on a book. Clustered Index is the "Table of Contents" and the Non-clustered Index is the "Index". Clustered Index shows you all data/contents that are physically located in the Database(DB) orderly. The Non-clustered Index shows a specific keyword that is related to an entity and it is located in the DB non orderly. 

Now, what is the issue? In real world scenario, if we have a small DB, then we may not concern too much about these indexing stuffs. A primary cluster index is good enough to get search done with a reasonable speed. We know that every table should have a clustered index which is the primary key for a table. But, when the DB is growing bigger and bigger, the perform issue is coming up somewhere for us to pay a serious attention. We do not want to go through the whole table for just a single data - the way just wastes time. As a result, a clustered index is not an universal solution for all so we need a Non-clustered index to get the work done.

For example, we have a huge DB that is over 10million rows. In SQL, we do a selection query to the DB like this: 

eg. select last_name, first_name from table_big_head where last_name = 'Steven' and first_name = 'Smith'

The SQL tool will go through all rows one by one from the beginning to the end in an order until it reaches the row of "Seven Smith" then it stops, that is not efficient. It is not a matter when the DB is small, but it is a serious matter when DB is big. It takes extra times and efforts for searching. In this case, we need a Non-clustered Index for the search. In this example, we declared a Non-clustered index for the last_name and first_name. 

eg. create nonclustered index nc_index_kitty on table_big_head(col_ln, col_fn)

The SQL software creates a shadow copy of this non-clustered index and saves it in the DB. Remember that we talked above, it is like the book "Index" so we can direct access the page with this index key. Now,  we run the same Selection Script again, this time we will directly hit the "Index" shadow copy and then it points to the specific row on the table and returns the Steven Smith to us. That is it. The job is done. This technique makes the whole DB calling process different! We do not need to go through every row for a single data but we get the data by direct accessing the location with the non-clustered index. 

We have a clustered index in the table for a large group data search and the non-clustered index for the individual data search. We are allowed to create 999 non-clustered indexes on one table. The problem is resolved!

We listed total 16 issues that are related to bad practice of .net programming: 


1. Coupling Issues

    - OOD is a good design but sometimes it is causing Code Dependency Issue on maintenance. When we change one function, it may cause other "sister" functions non-functioning.  

    - Too many classes and functions are depending on each other. Modifying one effects all. It is hard to debug the depending issue. 

    - All those methods and classes are server side objects. They consume memories and resources. 

   

2. Using Too Many Third Party DLL(s)

    - Third party DLL(s) are not your codes. They can be a trouble after a certain time.

    - They could be running on different framework version rather than your one. That is causing a compatible issue.

    - They could be buggy

    - They could have some security issues that you may never know (or maybe the creators do not know neither)


3. Confusion On File Naming.

    - Carelessly naming files, pages, folders, projects without a good naming policy. It is too hard to understand the meaning of objects by names.  

    - Using too many Abbreviations of naming that does not make sense.

    - Using a single word as a folder's name that is a nightmare. When we do a search, it comes out hundreds single name on result list. 

    - 


4. Time Delay On Loops - do while, for each, for and so on.

    - Looping hundreds times on DB queries. The more time it spends on DB queries, the more chance of data table deadlock it will get

    - Forgot to break the loop after the program got what it needs

    - Define a new object inside a loop then an object have been created for n times.


5. Too many logical processes implemented on the Stored Procedures in SQL 

    - Logical Processes should be done on the Frontend programing. It should never be done on the SQL server. The save and update processes are locking the data tables.

    - It likely causes a RACE condition.


6. Names and variables are hard coded on backend

    - The hard coded fixed Variables on backend is a bad idea. It is hard for maintenance. 

    -  They should be on Configuration file

  

7. Abusing Server Side Memory - Session ID

     - Putting tons info on Session ID that uses too much server-side memory

     - Session ID is a server side variable

     - MVC is consuming a lot of server side memory


8. View State is too long

     - Browser will take longer time to read View State Info


9. Too many JS and HTML errors:

    - JavaScript is a powerful script for client side programming. However, it may not be compatible with the new browser.

    - Browser generates too many html errors that slows down the performance


10. Calling third party web services takes too long on responding.

    - Need to setup a time-out mechanism; drop after three attempts. 


11. DB connection - Forgot to stop the connections after job was done.

     - Forgot to handle the DB exceptions    

     - ADO.net Store Procedures most time is faster than "LINQ with Entity Framework" on DB queries


12. Too many table joins on Stored Procedures 

    - Get too many redundant data from DB tables

    - Too many temp tables on one big SP and forgot to drop it after used

    - Programming logic should be left on the Frontend layer, not in DB layer. Try to keep DB queries as simple as possible


13. No Documentation

    - Programmers forgot to write down the document of the functions.

    - Other people do not understand the codes.

    - Maintenance Issue


14. Writing codes too complicated so no one can understand it. 

    - If a program that most people can NOT understand it then it is a garbage. It will have no development in future.

 

15. Avoid caching techniques

    - Caching improves the performance but it creates an update issue at same time - New data is not updated sometimes.  


16. Forgot to use indexer for tables. Both clustered and non clustered indexers can be used for performance improvement.

   - Execution plan, Profiler and normalization to see the performance

   - Using SQL functions to improve the performance

Mao Zedong was a worse massive murderer of his OWN people through forced labor, starvation and CCP version of concentration camps.

In his Cultural Revolution(the late 60s-early 70's), he set China back for decades and killed anyone with any higher intelligence that could be a threat to him. He was getting children to report their parents unfaithful behaviors with the promise of rewards.As a result, MILLIONS of innocent lives lost.

According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data, it is revealing that over 400,000 illegals immigrants convicted of crimes are currently free in the United States. The news shocked entire nation again! 

That news is not the worst shocking, the worst thing is we have more than 13,000 migrants previously convicted of homicide are currently free inside the U.S.

Most of them are entering the USA during Obama and Biden’s terms! (You guys are doing a “wonderful job” ! !!  Unbelievable! )

A child’s nationality must follow the nationality of the parent that is called the ownership/authority/jurisdiction of the parent! A sovereign must not interfere the birthright of the civilians! 

No matter where the child is born, the ownership and jurisdiction is still belonging to the child’s parents! No one can declare the legal right and authority over the child! 

No matter where a child is born, the child’s nationality must be the same as his parents by descent - not by location! It is because the location is an impractical, non-fixed and unreliable object for the determination of nationality! For example, if a child is born on a boat in the pacific ocean, then should the child’s nationality be the “Pacific Ocean”? That doesn’t make sense - Isn’t it? 

To be safe, the child’s nationality and citizenship must follow the parents’s nationality and citizenship! That is the only way it makes sense! The citizenship of Birthright Jurisdiction by descent is right way to go!

More than 15 senators gave their addresses that the communist China must take accountability for the autonomy of Hong Kong. The PRC government must obey the agreement of the “Sino British Joint Declaration”. 

Our American people are standing with Hong Kong people who risk their lives for freedom and democracy.
