Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a law suit to the Supreme Court yesterday. He argued the Biden’s wins in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and request court to delay the appointment of presidential electors in those states so the fraud complaint can be investigated.
Seventeen states backed the Texas lawsuit today. Those states are Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
These states declared that “the unconstitutional administration of elections” in other states dilutes votes among their own constituents. They want a fair election!
