1. The vote counting process is not or can not be observed and supervised by the poll watchers! The poll center security guards were intentionally tried to get rid of the republic poll observers! 

2. The problematic ballots are still counted by the vote center staffs! The election regulations are not enforced and followed! 

3. Duplicated mailing ballots were counted many times 

4. Many unmatched signatures and open envelope ballots are still put in the Dominion machine for processing!

5. The vote counting device Dominion machines are not secure and it can be hacked easily! This vulnerability has been proved and testified by one of the contractors from the Dominion company.

6. Vote without a photo ID for early voting! Some poll workers were told by their supervisors to not to validate the ballots! 

7. According to the dominion contractor, at least 30 thousands ballots were double counted in Detroit poll center.

8. Dominion company refused to come to the hearing. They just ignored the hearing. 

9. The dominion contractor who gave testimony to the committee has been threaten by Democratic Party supporters. 

10. 1900 ballots of non-existing voters were still manually entered to counting machines, According to Ms Hima. An Unknown umber of ballots have been double counted. The poll center staffs are not fully trained to properly handle the paper jam situation. 

11. All duplicated ballots are voted for Biden. None of them is for Trump. But those duplicated ballots were not discarded by the staffs in Detroit poll center. 

12. There are no “chains of custody” of vote challenge and fault documentation. 

 

13. None of challenging of poll challengers have been taken seriously and being accepted by supervisors in TCF poll centers. 

14. Some mailing ballots are coming in with a sequencing numbers and have no date on them that does not make sense. The poll challengers raised a challenge on that but they got rejected. 

15. Voting turnout in 10 precincts are near 100 percent and 6 precincts are over 100 percent that doesn’t sound reasonable. 

16. In real time, the voting data was continually uploaded to data center so we should not see any spike of data during the counting process. However, we saw several spikes on this uploading process, specially the one with 300 thousands ballots processed in the morning. Does it mean all precincts were uploading their data at same time? That doesn’t make sense. Each machine can read maximum two thousands ballots per hour. (This technical statement needs to be verified) 

17.  73 percent of votes can not be verified and recounted in Detroit city and Wayne country. Voters and votes are not balanced and equal - more votes than voters.

Other things we have noticed. 

1. The Democrat committee members are out of order sometimes and they are attempting to engage a personal attack on the witnesses. These behaviors are not acceptable! 

2. All Indians are looked alike and all chinese are looked alike. This statement by Ms Hima is not a discrimination. It is a fact! Please do not be political correct on this matter. 

3. The hearing should be focused on the reflection of the true situation of the election process. It is about the justice and constitution! It is not a matter of “who is the winner of the president election”! 

4. Dominion company has no rights to refuse to come to the hearing for testimony. This fraud is involving in a national security issue. When we have an issue that is violating our constitution then the related parties must be enforced by law to provide the assistance to the investigators to identify the issue. No one can just ignore it.
