My comment: It is a deadlock problem! The court needs some physical evidences to make a judgment but Rudy’s team can not provide a massive amount of solid physical evidences that is linking to the “physical voting sources” like the voting process and the voting machines! 

To provide such massive amounts of physical evidences, Rudy team needs the cooperation from the local authorities!  However, for some reasons, the local governments do not want a full investigation into these frauds/mistakes and most of them refuse the requests of Rudy’s team to look into their voting systems! 

Then, It becomes a deadlock! Courts have to refuse to hear the cases! In current election mechanism, no one can have a legal interruption to the local voting authority because the election is held by local governments! If the local authority intentionally to manipulate the voting result then it is very hard to investigate it! 

However, by constitution the senate can exercise its supreme power to enforce the investigation into the local election frauds to make sure the integrity of the election.  

This final investigation is a massive hard job, but it can be done!
