I Google and Alphabetic are accused by a California law firm that they are illegally tracking both smart phone and PC users who are browsing the internet in private mode.
Google gathers data through Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager and Double Clicks applications that help Google to learn about user’s hobbies, favorites, and daily activities.
The law firm stats that Google can not continue to gather those unauthorized info from the internet and use them as other purposes on their own.
Google may face at least 5 billion compensations if the accuse is confirmed as a violation to California Privacy Law.
